ICC Magazine Going Nationwide

McSciFi Online Posted on Wed, August 08, 2018 19:46:45

I’m honored to be a staff writer on this wonderful magazine and thrilled at the opportunity this new distribution deal offers. If you want in on the ground floor of something amazing, and want to support indy comics and all its related people, then this should be on your short list of things to support.

A message from Pam Harrison, founder of ICC Magazine: There are very, very few venues that promote Indie comic artists. Whether you pledge $1, $5, $10, your reward for supporting the ICC Magazine Kickstarter will be far above what you expect. Join us and make this project a success. This Kickstarter is for YOU. What are you waiting for??

Super Awesome Epic Stuff!

McSciFi Online Posted on Wed, July 25, 2018 18:23:34

So, this is fun. The 3rd edition of The Brittle Riders is being prepped for fall release. Since this one will be in brick and mortar stores – just in time for the holidays! – we’re putting special effort into it. Spiffing up my bio, killing angry commas, and essentially taking the whole thing to the next level.

Bonus, talks are now in progress to wrap the whole thing into one book and release that as well. But, that’s a bit down the road.

Apocalypses truly are funny this way.

Plus, and this is also awesome, ICC Magazine, a magazine that has been silly enough to keep me around as a writer, not a pet, has been picked up for national distribution by Diamond Distribution.

So that’s pretty fucking cool.

The History of Bill McSciFi

Once upon a time, in a land far far away, it was a dark and stormy night. This is not that story. Nope, this is the story of how I wrote a book and earned a nickname.

You can get the complete Brittle Riders trilogy on Amazon and Nerdanatix has all my graphic titles. As my granny used to say “You can spend money now or pay it later.”

Yeah, don’t worry, it never made sense to me either.

The History of Legends Parallel

McSciFi Online Posted on Mon, June 18, 2018 17:05:15

Legends Parallel has been garnering fans every time people get a chance to see what it’s all about. Now, for the first time, we peel back the curtain and talk about how it came to be. Check out Writers Co-Op for the 411.

Pride in the Name of Comics

McSciFi Online Posted on Mon, June 11, 2018 14:42:52

I’m proud to be associated with a several comics that allow me to tell completely gonzo stories and celebrate diversity in all its forms. I hope that everyone has a safe, and happy, Pride Month while remembering to champion equality for all throughout the rest of the year.

And next year, and the year after that, and so on.

Make sure to drop by Nerdanatix to see all that I’m doing and get introduced to stable of amazing talents who love to bend people’s brains.

Theft and Death. WHOOPEE!

McSciFi Online Posted on Thu, June 07, 2018 12:26:07

Good news everyone. Those handy devices you love, like your internet accessible garage door opener, are a great way for thieves to access your home, use your home as a staging area, and wipe out your regional power grid. Or, if they’re in a hurry, just empty your bank account.

Click to read more about your traitorous home.

Better new everyone! Science is about to flip a question you never thought you’d need to consider. What if you could choose how long you live? Centuries? Weeks? Whatever? It’s about to all be up to you.

Check out Happy Death Day, Grandma to learn more.

The Coo Coo Newness

McSciFi Online Posted on Mon, May 21, 2018 18:19:49

The next two releases.

Hybrid Zero is set in a distant future where hypersexuality is rampant, genetic modification is the norm, and violence is frowned upon. There’s also an amusement park where you can have sex with dinosaur clones.

Pestilent is also set in the future but, in this universe, humanity has abandoned Earth, and roams the galaxy to find, and kill, aliens so they can turn their remains into something called “ash” which greatly extends their life spans.

Like Legends Parallel before them, both series are wildly original, not for kids, and will have you asking yourself some uncomfortable questions.
